Ordering Terms for B2B Buyers
- MOQ: 10 sets per model (mixed sizes and colours negotiable). Sample orders of 1 set are accepted for testing and showroom display. Project-based custom orders have no strict MOQ.
- Lead time: 10–15 working days for standard specifications; custom sizes, special fabrics or motorisation may require additional days.
- Warranty: 3 years on the complete system, including fabric, motor and control components.
- Certifications: CE marking and ISO 9001 quality management. Wind load test reports and fabric performance certificates are available on request for project tenders.
- Factory and capacity: two production bases — Shenzhen (established 2006, 5,000 m², still in operation) and Huizhou (25,000 m²) — with a combined monthly capacity of 10,000 m².
- Export markets: Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.
- Customer type: distributors, engineering contractors and property developers only — we do not sell to end consumers.
